She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Pace University in New York City and her Master of Arts from NYU. She is also a Certified Life Coach, a Certified Lactation Counselor, and-above all-a devoted mom. A long-time vegan and gluten-free advocate, Tara has successfully managed her autoimmune condition through mindful lifestyle changes, inspiring her family, friends, and clients along the way. She proudly breastfed her son for 3.5 years despite early challenges and now homeschools him with the same dedication and intention.
